2. Guided Audio Sessions: A Roadmap for Your Mind
If your mind is racing, a guided session provides the structure you need. These sessions combine professional techniques like somatic awareness and rhythmic breathwork to lead you toward a specific goal—be it anxiety relief or a deeper sleep.

New: Introducing the Nordic Collection
I am so excited to finally introduce something very close to my heart: The Nordic Collection. The first release in this category is a Norwegian Sleep Meditation. In just under 4 minutes (03:56), this session focuses on the physical areas where we often hold the most tension: the jaw, shoulders, and stomach.
By guiding you in your own language (or exploring it as a soothing Nordic experience), this meditation helps you observe your thoughts like clouds drifting across a quiet sky, allowing you to sink safely into your mattress for the night.
